Currently showing at Home@735, Julian Day has been nominated as one of the eight finalists in the inaugural NAB Private Wealth Emerging Artist Award. The eight finalists, Tully Arnot, Julian Day, Mike Hewson, Katie Lee, Lisa Sammut, Camille Serisier, Bridget Walker and Jason Wing have been invited to participate in the Finalists Exhibition scheduled for September 2014. The exhibition will be curated by Sebastian Goldspink and judged by Barry Keldoulis, Director, Sydney Contemporary; Daniel Mudie Cunningham, Senior Curator, Artbank and Claire Marshall, Art Curator, NAB, with one artist ultimately selected to receive the $10,000 acquisitive award.
